Anger is a common human emotion. However it can cause serious problems when we experience it too often, too intensely or inappropriately. This course can help you to understand and manage anger and frustration more effectively. It will also provide you with skills in communication, emotional balance and stress management. We run separate RESET groups for men and women.
RESET in Shepparton is run each school term and consists of 8 weekly sessions.
