NDIS Support Coordinator

Full Time (negotiable) 12 Month contract – Shepparton

This position provides support coordination to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The role requires someone who has experience working with people with a disability. A qualification relevant to  Disability, Social Work or Health is essential. The successful applicant will require a sound knowledge of the NDIS and have excellent communication and engagement skills along with extensive administrative and computer experience.

Disability Support Workers

Positions available: Casual and Permanent Part Time

Due to an increased demand for service since the introduction of the NDIS FamilyCare has vacancies for Disability Support Workers. These positions work with people with a disability to provide support in both group and one on one settings. A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support is required along with relevant experience. Assisting with supervision and support whilst at Recreational activities is a large part of the role, along with some individual support.

Positions are mostly available in the Southern region of Seymour and Wallan.
