Child and Family Workers

Part Time – 12 month contract positions

FamilyCare currently have two roles available in the Lower Hume Region:

Alexandra – 4 days per week

Seymour – 3 days per week

Both positions work as part of the Integrated Family Services Program. The successful applicants will be part of a supportive team providing service to Children and Families in need. Applicants will need to be suitably qualified and experienced. Applications must address the key selection criteria as outlined in the position description and include a current CV.

Disability Support Workers

Positions available: Casual and Permanent Part Time

Due to an increased demand for service since the introduction of the NDIS FamilyCare has vacancies for Disability Support Workers. These positions work with people with a disability to provide support in both group and one on one settings. A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support is required along with relevant experience. Assisting with supervision and support whilst at Recreational activities is a large part of the role, along with some individual support.

Positions are mostly available in the Southern region of Seymour and Wallan.
