IntoRec Program
IntoRec offers a variety of assisted programs and recreational activities for people with a disability. These programs aim to provide a safe, enjoyable and nurturing environment where participants can make friends, take part in fun activities while giving the carers and families a much needed break.
IntoRec programs are developed according to participant needs, and include a range of supported activities that assist in the development of life skills.

Group Programs Youngsters Afternoon Activities run five afternoons a week during school terms in the Goulburn region. This program is aimed at school aged children and young people looking to participate in fun and exciting activities on a weekday between 3pm -6pm. The program involves participants in physical activities to support and develop social and communication skills. Activities include a mix of sporting, daily living-skills and creative expression. Activities are updated each Block/term.
