IntoRec Program
IntoRec offers a variety of assisted programs and recreational activities for people with a disability. These programs aim to provide a safe, enjoyable and nurturing environment where participants can make friends, take part in fun activities while giving the carers and families a much needed break.
IntoRec programs are developed according to participant needs, and include a range of supported activities that assist in the development of life skills.

Afternoon Activities 3pm – 6pm
Afternoon Activities run five afternoons a week during school terms in the Goulburn region. This program is aimed at school aged children and young people looking to participate in fun and exciting activities on a weekday between 3pm -6pm. The program involves participants in physical activities to support and develop social and communication skills. Activities include a mix of sporting, daily living-skills and creative expression. Activities are updated each Block/term.

Full Day Activities Youngsters 9.30 – 4.30pm
Youngster Full day activities are offered each during holiday periods in the Goulburn region. This program is for children and young people with a disability between the age of 6 – 18years and aimed at giving carers a break from their caring role while building participants independence, life skill, and social and community participation. Activities vary each day, and include a mix of centre-based options, theme days, art, music and dance, cooking, and sporting activities, as well as community-based excursions.

Adult Social Groups
Adult Social Group is for people aged 18 years and older, who are wanting age-appropriate, social and community engagement. Adult social group include a large range of entertaining and independence skill building. Activities Occur on:
- Weekly on Mondays and Wednesday 3pm – 6pm
- Fortnightly evening or weekend activities.

Youth Group Full day 10am – 4pm
The Youth Group full day program has been designed for participants who do not require a high level of supervision and who wish to attend a supported group activity. This program is all about building independence.
Staff are there to assist the participant with social engagement and help problem solve when needed. Participants need to be able to manage their personal belongings, have basic money handing and decision-making skills to be suitable for this program.
Youth activities occur during holiday periods in the Goulburn valley area.

Weekday Social Group 10am – 2pm
This Social Group provides participants an opportunity to meet new people, develop new skills, and to take part in community access activities or day trips. The Weekday social group occurs weekly on a Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10am to 2pm.
Participants need to be 16 years or older to attend.
