FamilyCare is seeking applications for Directors to join its Board of Management
FamilyCare is a registered charity and has been providing services across Victoria’s Goulburn Valley region since 1984. FamilyCare’s vision is “strong families and communities”. We pursue that vision by delivering the support services to meet community needs, across the life course, with particular attention to those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.
FamilyCare’s Board has nine Directors, supported by the CEO, and a staff of around 200 employees and 70 volunteers. The Board is responsible for FamilyCare’s Governance and sets the strategic direction of the organisation. The Board also ensures systems are in place to manage risk and maintain high standards of quality, accountability, ethical conduct and legal compliance.
