IntoRec Program
IntoRec offers a variety of assisted programs and recreational activities for people with a disability. These programs aim to provide a safe, enjoyable and nurturing environment where participants can make friends, take part in fun activities while giving the carers and families a much needed break.
IntoRec programs are developed according to participant needs, and include a range of supported activities that assist in the development of life skills.

Afternoon Activities
Afternoon Activities runs five afternoons a week during school terms in the Goulburn region. This program is aimed at school aged children and young people are looking to participate in fund and exciting activities on weekday afternoons.
This program is aimed at involving participants in physical activity, and developing social and communication skills. Activities include a mix of sporting, living-skills and creative options, and are changed each term.
Holiday Activities
Holiday activities are offered each day of the holiday period in the Goulburn region. This program is for school aged children and young people with a disability, and aimed at giving carers a break from their caring role over this period of time.
Activities vary each day, and include a mix of centre-based options, theme days, art, music and dance, sporting activities, and excursions.
Adult Social Group
This group is for people aged 18 years and older, who are wanting age appropriate evening or weekend activities.
Activities occur on a weekly basis on Mondays and Wednesday and fortnightly on on weekends.
A range of entertaining activities are undertaken.
Youth Holiday Group
The Youth Holiday program has been designed for participants who do not require a high level of supervision and who wish to attend a supported group activity.
This program is all about building independence. Staff are there to assist the participant with social engagement and help problem solve when needed. Participant need to be able to manage their personal belongings, have basic money handing skills and decision making skill to be suitable for this program.
