The Reunification program aims to support the process of rebuilding relationships between family members. The successful re-establishment of emotional and physical space for the child requires careful planning and preparation with the family.

Eligibility:
All children who are eligible for reunification with their families fall into one of the two following categories:

1. Children, under the age of 18, who have been placed out-of-home for a period of three weeks to three months.
2. Children, under the age of 18, who have already been placed out-of-home for protective reasons on a short-term basis, e.g. three days. These referrals are made prior to the time the child or young person is returning home with a view to support them being able to remain at home.
